Ah, che piacere il suono di una moto rombante e di due gomme che scorrono lisce e uniformi sul nastro asfaltato, perché montate di fresco con lo smontagomme Rabaconda Moto da Strada. Ma se uno degli pneumatici è sbilanciato, il sogno si spezza poco dopo al ritmo di un ciclico e sgradevole sobbalzo. Per questo abbiamo progettato l’equilibratrice per moto Rabaconda, uno strumento progettato da motociclisti per i motociclisti, efficiente e facile da usare!
I resistenti cuscinetti a sfera sigillati assicurano una rotazione a basso attrito e il sistema HACS, (Hand Adjustable Cone System), composto da un cono regolabile a mano, consente di ottenere un equilibrio perfetto, ogni volta. L'equilibratrice per moto può essere utilizzata su un banco da lavoro o, se lo spazio è un problema (come per molti di noi), sulla parete di un garage, di un'officina o di un rimorchio, con la staffa di montaggio a parete inclusa.
Leggera e portatile, l’equilibratrice Rabaconda può essere montata e smontata in pochi secondi e può essere inserita in una comoda borsa da trasporto, per un peso totale di soli 6,35 kg. Dispone anche di un piccolo magnete per riporre le chiavi a brugola!

FAQ
Do I need to level it, or use a bubble level?
No leveling needed. Just adjust the two feet so it sits steady on your bench or wall mount. The shaft has grooves that prevent axial movement, and gravity pulls the heaviest spot down regardless of the angle the balancer is sitting at.
What's the shaft diameter and cone size?
Shaft diameter is 12mm; the cones have a maximum diameter of 35mm standard. For bigger hubs, the Universal Big Hub Adapter (32-68mm) or BMW Shaft Drive Adapter (62/72mm) extend that range.
Does it work with single-sided swingarm wheels?
Yes, the Street Bike Tyre Changer's Universal Big Hub Adapter (32-68mm) and BMW Shaft Drive Type Adapter (62/72mm) are both compatible with the Wheel Balancer too.
Should I remove the sprocket and brake disc before balancing?
Generally no, it's recommended to leave them on. That way the wheel you're balancing matches what it will actually feel like once it's back on the bike and in use.
Are wheel weights included?
No, the balancer ships with a Wheel Weight Remover Knife, but wheel weights themselves are sold separately.
Does it pair with a specific tyre changer?
It's designed as the natural companion to the Street Bike Tyre Changer and also works alongside the Dirt Bike Tyre Changer. It even fits inside the Street Bike Tyre Changer's carry bag if you want to consolidate gear.
Is it a static or dynamic balancer?
Static: the wheel spins freely on sealed bearings and gravity settles the heavy spot at the bottom of its rotation, which is the standard approach for home and small-shop use.
Where do I position the wheel supports on the wheel for the most accurate balance?
Position the wheel supports, standard or Carbon Fibre, all the way out toward the edge of the wheel's diameter, near the tyre, but resting on the wheel itself rather than the tyre. That gives the most accurate read on the wheel's actual balance point.
Will the Universal Big Hub Adapter or BMW Adapter fit every BMW model?
Not universally. A small number of BMW hubs, certain F800GT model years among them, are narrower than either adapter is designed for. If an adapter doesn't seat properly on your BMW wheel, contact us with your model and year and we'll help confirm the right fit before you order a replacement part.
Is a static balancer as accurate as the dynamic machines shops use?
For street and dirt bike wheels at home-mechanic speeds, yes. A static balancer settles the heavy spot accurately using gravity alone, the same principle professional static balancers use trackside. Dynamic (spin) balancing machines are built for high-volume shop use and aren't typically necessary for a home garage.

I really liked everything about the Wheel balancer, especially the fact that Rabaconda ship it out with a bracket to hang it up on a wall - so far Great! Unfortunately when I unpacked my wheel balancer the adjusting screw on the base plate was damaged. Which really spoiled the moment for me. I am trying to reach Rabaconda support for help on this matter - hopefully they will assist me.

Nice product and good that it comes in a bag. Despite the good packaging, one of the plastic knobs was broken. For a premium product, I would also expect to have a built-in level on the stand itself, rather than needing to use my own leveller.
Gut verarbeitet und einfach von der Bedienung. Schnell und unkompliziert zum aufbauen. Jedoch fehlt mir ein Fühler zum messen des Höhen- Seitenschlag. Weiters fehlt mir eine Libellen Waage.
Es ist richtig, richtig cool. Montage gleich einfach wie handhabung. Es dauert keine 5Minuten bis der neue Reifen drauf ist. Top

Kit is easy to assemble well built with tools provided, but I love the hold-all it keeps the parts separate and stops damage, even has a pouch for weight scrapper and weights, I also ordered the ultimate street tyre changer (works great ), but let down a bit by the hold-all ( not as well thought out)

Come funziona
1. Montare il bilanciatore
Estrai e monta il tuo equilibratore per ruote dalla sua comoda borsa da trasporto in pochi secondi, sia che ti trovi in officina che a bordo pista.
2. Bilanciare le ruote
Montare e centrare le ruote sull'equilibratore utilizzando il sistema HACS™. Individuare il punto di maggiore peso sulla ruota. Aggiungere dei contrappesi sul lato opposto al punto di maggiore peso.
3. Conservare per la prossima volta
Smontate rapidamente il bilanciatore e riponetelo nella comoda borsa da trasporto fino a quando non dovrete bilanciare nuovamente le ruote e gli pneumatici.
